what we treat
Guiding you through pain
Osteopathy, dry needling and pain coaching
We treat you, not the condition
As osteopaths we believe the body has an innate ability to heal itself, and so our aim is to give you the tools so that you can get back to doing the things you love.

Our tools vary, from osteopathic techniques, to education and rehabilitation, to dry needling and psychologically informed practice.
Our practitioners have helped thousands of patients during their careers, with some of the most common issues being:
- Low back pain
- Neck pain
- Headaches
- Knee pain
- Golfers & Tennis elbow
- Sports injuries
- Tendon issues
- Shoulder pain
Back pain affects approximately a third of the population in the Uk. Despite it being so prevalent, only 10% of back pain is actually caused by an injury.
Our practitioners will examine you to discover the cause of your pain, and then through treatment, education and advice help give you the tools to reduce the chances of any future recurrence.
- Lower Back Pain
- Sciatica
- Sensitive Nerves
- Disc Issues
Ankylosing Spondylitis
Axial spondyloarthritis, also known as ankylosing spondylitis, or AxSpa for short, affects 1 in 20 people with persistent low back pain. Despite living with persistent pain, the average time to get a diagnosis in the UK is 8 years.
Our practitioners are trained to spot axial spondyloarthritis and will ensure you get onto the correct pathway for treatment as quickly possible, which will usually include a referral to your GP so you can see a rheumatologist.
If you have 4 or more of the following symptoms, we encourage you to book in to see us for an AxSpa screening session:
Just like back pain, headaches impact the lives of many in the UK. Most of the time they are not severe, but learning to know the warning signs, when to get them looked at urgently, and how to approach your particular type of headache is important.
If your headache is a new, undiagnosed headache we recommend that you first see a doctor as they can perform examinations that osteopaths do not, and refer on without delay if necessary.
